All of our patterns are available for immediate download after purchase.
In addition, you will also receive an email with a link to download the pattern and tutorial. For cyber security, this link will expire after 24 hours but if you attempt to download after this time then a new email and link will automatically be sent to you.
Shipping - Clothing
United Kingdom
Shipping cost is £4.50. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and usually arrive 2–3 working days after posting.
European Union
Import charges, EU tax and shipping is a flat rate of £55. Import charges and EU taxes are paid in advance to minimise delays and avoid unexpected fees on delivery. Delivery to EU destinations is typically 7–14 working days after posting.
United States
Import charges and shipping is a flat rate of £40. Orders to the USA are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, typically arriving within 7–14 working days from posting.
US customers: the £40 flat rate does not include US state sales tax. This may be payable depending on your state's laws and enforcement thresholds. It is not possible for us to collect and pay this on your behalf. Most individual purchases from small overseas sellers fall below the level where tax is actively collected, but we recommend checking your state's rules if you're unsure.
Canada
Shipping cost is £23. Delivery to Canada is typically 10–14 working days after posting. Please note that customs clearance may add additional time, particularly if CBSA contacts you regarding import duties.
Canadian customers: please be aware that your order will be shipped from the UK without duties or taxes pre-paid. Unfortunately, Royal Mail does not currently offer this service to Canada. When your parcel arrives, it may be held by Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and you may be asked to pay import duty (typically around 18% on clothing), federal GST/HST, provincial sales tax, and a Canada Post handling fee of CAD$9.95 before your parcel is released. The total additional charge varies by province but is typically in the range of CAD$75–$95 (approximately £45–£55). Please factor this into your purchase decision.
Rest of World
Shipping cost is £25. Worldwide shipping is via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by destination but are typically 10–21 working days from dispatch. Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consider this when making your purchase decision.
General
All orders are dispatched every Monday or Friday. All customs declaration forms are completed accurately and with the full declared value of goods. International parcels may occasionally experience customs delays, which are outside our control. If a parcel is returned because it was uncollected or refused, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The above flat rates are for up to 3 shirts. Delighted if you wish to purchase more and we would not charge any additional shipping cost but there may be additional import taxes to pay to your Government for European and US customers (approximately £35 per shirt). If you wish to use the duty paid option (we pay the duty on your behalf), we would need to invoice you for the additional import taxes prior to dispatch.
Returns
Returns are not permitted on digital products but if for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, please do get in contact and we are sure we can work out a solution.
With clothing, we do often use vintage and used textiles so they may not always be perfect but if you are unhappy with a purchase, please do get in contact and we are sure we can work out a solution.
The armpit to armpit, length and (if applicable) collar size is provided for each shirt. Please check these before purchase to ensure that the garmet will fit.
